The Career Resource Cell (Placement Cell) plays an important role in shaping the careers of students by honing the skills, development of the right attitude and assimilation of the right knowledge by way of structured learning's thereby helping them for summer internships and for executive placements. CRC has been successful in attracting many companies for recruitment in a short span of two years of its existence. CRC is headed by Prof. C. L Ghalsasi and is assisted by Mr. Pradeep Shimpale and Ms. Vasanti Dalvi.
 
Career Resource Cell Initiatives :
Analysis and assessments of the students by using the psychometric tests when they join the institute followed by counseling sessions by experts.
Exposure to the students to various career options in Business Management by way of guest sessions by the professionals from the industry.
Grading of the students based on the competencies and performance.
